In-house producer and singer/songwriter Elisa Hale has had her finger on the

pulse of  NYC’s music scene since , as a young teen, she passed herself off as older

to open for acts such as Mink DeVille, The New York Dolls, Blondie and Tuff Darts in the

then-exploding downtown NY scene.  Touted by Cue Magazine as one of “rock’s poetresses”,

praised by The Music Paper as “renewing our faith in the female singer/songwriter/musician”,

& showcased by ASCAP’s Songwriter’s Series,  Elisa’s song “Nobody’s Gonna Own Me” -

written with her  artist NINA,  has just been picked as a Winner of the 16th Annual Billboard World Song Contest.

  Elisa is an accomplished  recording artist, singer, ASCAP songwriter, musician, director, actress and dancer.  The multi-talented Hale  has worked with some of the top names  in their entertainment fields - (Bill Hickey, Vicky Sheer, Harry Whitaker, Steve Holley, Joe Magnarelli, Gene Paul, etc.) and in some of it’s best venues - (Carnegie Hall, Madison Sq. Garden, on & off Broadway, New School University Jazz , Roxie & Beethovan Studios etc) Although her credentials include work in film, tv, recordings, radio & video, she is most proud of  her students and clients, many of whom have gone onto successful careers themselves.

     While living the life of a NYC musician, by way of the projects of the Bronx, Elisa was able to attend classes at The New School University by working for the Dean of it’s Graduate Faculty College by day and soaking up all the voice, music, acting and dance classes she could fit in by night.  Trained in dance since childhood by President and Founder of Dance Educators of America’s Vicky Sheer, Elisa has also been “singing since birth” studying with a variety of NY’s masters including Dr. Stephen Chang. Through a mentor, Ally Lamaj (who later became her partner in Magicsong Productions and one of the driving forces behind Rocketeria Records) she was blessed to become a private acting student of the Oscar Nominated actor and famous HD acting coach, Bill Hickey.  But, music being her main love, Elisa devoted all of her free time to learning production and recording at the capable hands of her mentors Keith Angelino of Roxie and Beethovan Studios, Ron Greenfield of Second Story Sound and engineering pro; Bob Stander.

    Besides some nice regional success as a solo artist and as leader of bands such as CF Dufay, Platinum Plus, Hale Storm and the Montereys, Elisa has made quite a name for herself as a performance coach in voice, acting and dance for her own and the world famous Katie Agresta Voice Studios, with workshops at schools and universities.   And, as if that were not enough - she has taken all this experience over the years to become the consummate producer and director of both recorded and live entertainment.

    Elisa Hale is President and Artistic Director of Magicsong Productions Inc. and currently heads it’s and Rocketeria’s production campaigns. Elisa draws on her years’ experience in helping our artists create new and expanding projects that shout out to the commercial market without sacrificing the art of the new and explosive ideas yet to be found.   A true indie soul.
